I have wanted to write you for a while, to let you know some of my positive feedback – maybe it will help your knee heal faster. Don’t worry about the answer, take care of yourself first!
So… even if sometimes I lose rhythm completely, in the past month I realized that dance has had such a positive impact on my life that I never expected.
These are small changes, but I noticed that I am moving more naturally when music comes on, I walk with more confidence and in a more feminine way. The most surprising though, is that all this appears in my personal training as well, where being confident is really important. So thank you for creating GSD, I am really happy with it!
