What is training like with me?
I believe in bodyweight exercises, which means that when training with me we will rarely use the typical gym machines. I will help to bring out the maximum in you and to reach your goal – let it be weight-loss, building muscles, or just improving your fitness and wellbeing- using a wide variety of exercises working different parts of your body at the same time.
How does a session look like? After a thorough warm up, I will personalize the exercises that I bring from my fitness-aerobic and dance past. Believe me you will not have two of the same workout. I will always try to work your whole body, not separating upper- and lower body for different days. Bodyweight training does not mean that we will never use equipment. Sometimes we will train using a kettlebell, fit-ball, stretch-bend, boxes, rails and so on. I will also make sure that at the end of each training we spend 10 minutes with stretching.
